FAQ

Questions parents ask first

Starting Out
I've never done this before — will someone actually walk me through everything?
Yes — that's exactly what our Client Advocates are for. From your very first call, you have one real person who handles insurance, explains the process, and checks in with you regularly.
How quickly can we actually get started?
Most families begin services within 2–4 weeks of the first call — faster if your insurance authorization moves quickly.
What if I'm not sure my child actually needs ABA therapy?
That's a great question to bring to a free consultation. We'll walk through what you're seeing at home and help you figure out if ABA is the right fit — with no pressure either way.
Insurance & Cost
I'm terrified of dealing with insurance. Will I have to handle that myself?
No — we handle the verification, authorization, and ongoing claims directly with your insurer. You give us your card, we do the rest.
What if my insurance doesn't cover enough — or anything?
We'll tell you exactly what your plan covers before you commit to anything, and walk through options if there's a gap.
The Therapy Itself
How will I know if it's actually working?
We share clear progress updates with you on a set schedule and adjust the treatment plan with your input whenever something isn't landing.
What if my child has a hard day or isn't responding well?
Hard days happen. Our BCBAs adjust on the fly, and we always debrief with parents so you know what we noticed and what we're trying next.
Can I be involved, or do I just drop my child off?
Therapy is in your home, and we coach parents through everything we're doing. You're part of the team — not a bystander.
